CARE TEAM

The Guidance Counsellor has an important role in the Care Team which meets once a week to discuss ways of helping students who are experiencing difficulties in their school life. Recommendations are made and follow-through is directed through Year Heads, Tutors, Home School Liaison, Resource, the Guidance Counsellor or Management as appropriate. This targeted approach facilitates the sharing of information and the best use of support structures for the benefit of the students.
