Extra-Curricular Activities

Thanks to the commitment of the teaching staff, we provide a wide range of extra-curricular activities.
Through these activities, students acquire new skills and develop self-confidence. They learn to take initiative and to develop leadership roles. We have found that this has a valuable impact on academic studies. Extra-curricular activities are extremely important in helping young people discover meaningful, worthwhile leisure activities.

Tullamore College's Got Talent 2009:
Congratulations to the five acts which performed at the Tullamore College's Got Talent final. The final concert was held on the 22nd December. The Student Council organised the competition and the final event.

1st Place: Dance Group The Gz- Aidan, Barry, Chelsea, Christopher and Elizabeth.
2nd Place: Music Group JBS- Julianne, Brian and Simon.
3rd Place: Solo Singer, Rhiagh.
Joint 4th Place: Solo Guitarist, Radek & Solo Singer, Willie.
These five acts were selected from a total of 18.
Each of the five final acts was assigned a mentor, who assisted them in preparing for the show:

Our esteemed judges were present at the final show and- along with the live audience- selected the winners of Tullamore College's Got Talent 2009.
